Anchor Point
New Session!
Steady Support for Unsteady Moments
Wednesday, October 7, 2026
Work doesn't happen in isolation from the rest of life — and sometimes what we're carrying outside of work shows up inside it too. A stressful trigger. A condition that's gone unaddressed for too long. A colleague who seems "off" and you're not sure what to say.
Anchor Point is a confidential session created to talk openly about mental wellness — not in the abstract, but in the moments that are hardest to name:
-
When something at work triggers a mental health struggle you're already carrying
-
When things go unaddressed and start to spiral — for you, or someone near you
-
When you notice a friend or colleague is struggling and don't know how to help

Joined by Dr. Amber W. Childs - a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 year of deep experience who has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post and CNBC - this session offers practical guidance for recognizing the signs of low to moderate distress in high achieving individuals, knowing what support looks like, and understanding when and how to reach out — to a professional.
This is a closed, anonymous session. Participants are not identified, and all questions submitted during Q&A will be shared without attribution.
You don't have to be in crisis to attend. You just have to want steadier ground.
