Coaching Offerings & Coaches
This program has two coaching paths to choose from
Advisory
What: In the moment support to help solve challenging circumstances. This includes; challenges in the culture or with leadership, work / life concerns, questions related to fit, interpersonal dynamics, and emotional intelligence.
How: 90 minute virtual coaching session with an RHR Partner. Follow up email with resources and tools to support achieving objective.
Coaching Sprint
What: Focused problem solving or solution generating to guide leader towards an effective development plan. This includes solving a specific capability gap, developing relationship or communication skills.
How: Two to three 60 minute virtual coaching sessions with an RHR Partner. Focus is determined by the leader. Resources and tools provided to support growth and development.
