Aida is an international Strength certified executive and leadership coach, speaker, and organizational development consultant. She is the founder of Next Land Consulting, a Career Strategy and talent development firm that offers services in French and English to professionals in managerial positions or in career transition (including due to relocation). She brings 20+ years of work experience with well-known and respected international
organizations in the USA and in France, from Cost Control Management at Allianz to Human Capital at Lend Lease, and Leadership coaching for several business schools.
Aida also created a master’s program class on professional development for the University Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble (France) and a professional development training program within the French consulate in Chicago, along with a curated program for Campus France Alumni Day. She has coached and impacted job seekers within programs run by NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs), HACE (Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement), Toigo Foundation and several diversity-focused organizations in Chicago. Passionate about making a positive impact on Global education, she also participates in annual meetings at the United Nations, and the World Bank.
Following her undergrad in Engineering Economics, Aida obtained her Master’s Degree in International Business through a Franco-American exchange program. She holds an Organizational Development Certification from De Paul University with an emphasis on talent development. She is also Strength certified with Gallup.
